Job Description
The Digital & Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall digital presence of the hotel and supports the execution of integrated marketing strategies across online channels. He/she is the point of contact for all things social, including Online Reputation Management, content, strategy, and the daily upkeep of active social channels. As the Digital & Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Digital Strategy & Execution. Support the development and execution of the hotel’s digital marketing strategy in alignment with brand and commercial objectives. Lead effective content management across all digital channels including hotel website, OTAs, and other online and social media platforms, to ensure accuracy and SEO optimisation. Coordinate digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (search, display, social, partnerships) including development of web/online materials. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise ROI and conversion. Responsible for building a coherent social media strategy for the hotel that reflects the brand’s tone of voice. Set up and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, with real-time monitoring of guest comments and replying to them in a timely manner. Work closely with creative teams, photographers, and agencies to produce high-quality visual and video assets. Support influencer and KOL collaborations, ensuring brand alignment and premium positioning. Analytics & Reporting. Track digital KPIs including website traffic, engagement rates, conversion, and campaign performance. Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging digital trends within luxury hospitality. Brand & Storytelling. Uphold brand standards and hotel narrative across all digital touchpoints. Contribute to storytelling initiatives that highlight the hotel’s design, culinary excellence, wellness, and guest experiences. Assist in crafting campaign narratives for key launches, seasonal moments, and signature experiences. Collaboration & Coordination. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives. Ensure compliance with brand and digital guidelines. Support pre-opening digital milestones, including website launch, content roll-out, and campaign readiness. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 3 – 5 years) in digital marketing, social media management and content creation, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or F&B. Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing. Excellent command of English with strong creative writing skills (additional languages are a plus). Strong photography, videography, and editing skills; proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent. Deep understanding of digital channels, social media trends, analytics, and platform algorithms (Google Analytics, social insights, etc). Organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to balance luxury brand standards with innovative social media storytelling. Resourceful, agile and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
