Job Description
As Restaurant Manager for Chou Chou, you will be right in the middle of the action and shape the atmosphere of our new venue every day. With a great sense for people, quality and positive vibes, you and your team will bring Chou Chou to life. Together with the supervisors, you will lead a dedicated team of bartenders, R&D staff and service staff and create an environment in which excellence, team spirit and hospitality meet. You motivate your team through targeted training and education as well as individual development discussions. You will also be actively involved in recruiting to attract new talent to the team. Another focus of your role will be the operational efficiency and economic management of the restaurant. You will analyze sales figures, keep an eye on inventory management and derive targeted measures for the team from this – for example, by providing clear impetus as to which food and beverages should be actively offered. You will regularly work on guest feedback together with the kitchen team and use these findings to continuously develop quality and experience. In addition, you will be in close contact with (beverage) suppliers and ensure that the offer always remains contemporary, in line with the market and in line with current food & beverage trends. Leading the team: Building, educating and inspiring a team that is as great as our guests. Inspire guests: Offer service that is not only good, but unforgettable – and support the team in implementing exactly that. Develop new ideas: Together with the team, provide variety, fun and maximum enjoyment and actively implement your ideas. Acting sustainably: Actively supporting our environmental commitment. Experience: Relevant experience in the catering industry is required. Service mentality: You do everything you can to make every guest feel like a VIP. Positive charisma: An optimistic attitude that is contagious. Strong communication skills: Very good communication skills. Willingness to learn: You are curious and always open to innovation. Good knowledge of German and English. Hotel Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage. Leadership experience: Experience in employee management and delegation is desirable. Growth thinking: You want to develop yourself further and learn new things. Knowledge of French. Possibility to lease an e-bike at particularly favourable conditions. WORTH KNOWING.
