A Second Cook will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook. As a Second Cook you will be responsible for the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and help the First Cook. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following activities. Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen. Set up the ordered for sales points. Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen. Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of his superior. Store and check the validity of food. Assist other departments whenever necessary. In shift changes transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information. Perform such other duties assigned by the supervisor. A Second Cook serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Good written and verbal communication. Attention and concentration. Know how to work in teams. Positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in industrial kitchen. Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
