Job Description
You will be responsible for developing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue across rooms, groups, meetings & events, and F&B, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team. Business strategy & development. Develop and execute sales strategies for Corporate and MICE segments. Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis. Increase penetration in existing accounts and acquire new clients. Proactive sales activity. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities. Participate in trade shows, events, and commercial actions. Manage and grow key accounts and global accounts. Contracting & RFP management. Lead RFP processes (negotiation, contracting, and implementation). Renew local accounts and ensure target achievement. Monitor performance vs targets and implement corrective actions. Client & internal relationship management. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with Revenue, Front Office, and Leadership teams. Maintain accurate CRM and sales tracking tools. 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales roles, with exposure to Corporate and/or MICE segments and account management. Strong knowledge of Corporate and MICE market. Experience in account management and RFP processes. Fluent in English and Spanish. Analytical mindset with strong influencing and results-driven skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proactive and self-motivated profile. Customer-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
