Job Description
You will be responsible for creating a premium Mixology experience, coordinating the team, and overseeing all operational and management aspects. Key Responsibilities. Operational Management: Daily supervision of the Bar, ensuring service standards are aligned with Curio Collection by Hilton. Leadership & Training: Managing, training, and motivating the Bartenders and Bar Commis. Inventory & Cost Control: Monitoring Food & Beverage costs, managing orders, and inventory. Guest Experience: Engaging with guests and actively promoting bar services to maximize revenue. Languages: Mandatory proficiency in English and a second foreign language. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within 5-star hotels, high-end cocktail bars, or international environments. Skills: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary mixology, spirits, and coffee service. Attitude: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
