Job Description
Combining more than 60 years of experience in the hospitality world, from property management to operations and revenue management of different brands like Marriott and Hilton as well as independent brands, Autopilot Hospitality will deliver efficient and professional results which will be reflected in the property’s net operating income. Autopilot started as a task force to provide both; fast turnaround results to properties proformas & establishing procedures for a solid growth, achieved by gathering an experienced team of qualified and certified professionals from every angle of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, answering phones, taking questions about reservations, and providing general information. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. At least one (1) year of hotel experience. Greet customers and answer inquiries in a professional manner. Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions. Check guests in and out of the hotel. Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, while providing resolution in order to make it right. Responsibility and commitment.
