As Restaurant Manager, you will lead and inspire our Restaurant operations. Your mission: to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding the highest quality and service standards in line with our hotel and Hilton brand values. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving excellence across all food and beverage outlets by. Leading and managing day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations to consistently exceed quality and service expectations. Ensuring seamless collaboration between front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to create smooth and efficient service flows. Motivating and enabling your team to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a guest‑first mindset. Ensuring full compliance with Hilton brand standards and delivering outstanding, personalized guest service at all times. Handling guest feedback and inquiries professionally, turning opportunities into memorable experiences. Overseeing accurate and efficient transaction management during service. Managing team schedules, stock levels, and wastage to drive operational efficiency and cost control. you have proven experience in organizing Food & Beverage service across multiple outlets. you are confident in delegating tasks and empowering your team to perform at their best. you are flexible and able to respond quickly and positively to a variety of work situations. you are passionate about developing others and building a motivated, high‑performing team. you ideally speak German and English. you hold a valid work and residence permit.
