Dedicated 1-2-1 support throughout your apprenticeship. A food and beverage apprentice will be required to undertake all reasonable duties as assigned by your head of department. AsWorking within the Food and Beverage department. Setting up for service. Cash and Payment handling. Maintain high levels of guest service. Comply with Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations. Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme. The ability to deal with enquiries in a professional and polite manner. As this role will require the sale of alcohol, we can only consider any candidates over the minimum legal age required to do so, which is 18 in the UK. A passion for hospitality and guest service. The ability to stay calm under pressure. A Food and Beverage Assistant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience. Experience with cash handling.
