Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of serving experience in a fine dining luxury environment and knowledge of Japanese cuisine. Experience working in a Forbes rated environment is required. Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week. As a Server at Yoshoku, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Greet guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and engage with them in a manner that reflects the refined standards of the restaurant. Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a personalized and attentive service experience. Demonstrate a genuine sense of interest in guests' needs, providing expert recommendations and creating a memorable dining experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information and enhance the guest experience. Take food and beverage orders, input orders into the point-of-sale system, and ensure that all details are accurately captured. Retrieve and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that each order is presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly and with a positive attitude. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations. Keep your station well-stocked with necessary supplies to ensure a smooth service. Clearing and cleaning tables throughout the meal service, ensuring each table is prepared for the next guest with meticulous attention to detail and a seamless transition. Quality. Dependability.
