Cross-Functional Exposure: Participate in structured rotations across RMCC APAC functions to build a comprehensive understanding of revenue management processes and commercial strategies. Analytical Contribution: Support pre-opening projects and analytics initiatives by leveraging data insights to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Revenue Management Support: Assist in core revenue management activities assigned by SCRMs or RMCC leadership team, including dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Operational Coverage: Provide coverage during holiday periods and actively engage in shadowing programs to strengthen operational knowledge and practical skills. Continuous Learning & Development: Complete essential e-learning modules and soft skills training to enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities. Recent 2026 graduates or candidates with less than 24 months of full-time work experience. Degree from a recognized hospitality or business institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Fluency in English and Mandarin. Demonstrated adaptability and initiative for innovation, high team spirit. Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools and job-related information technology.
