Job Description
The Information Technology Executive is responsible for the implementation of Information Technology (IT) in the hotel in accordance with Hilton’s Information System strategies and priorities as well as measuring IT costs, benefits and performance in the hotel and providing this information to hotel management and the Chief Information & Data Officer - APAC. As the IT Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards. Assist the IT Team to maintain hotel software and hardware. Escalate or solve technical and operational problems according to end users report. Operate the computer hardware and software under the direction of his immediate superior. Perform any other reasonable duties and projects as assigned. Ensure that hotel data is secured in accordance with stated standards and best practices. Ensure access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety. Support IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations and deployments. Identify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the Chief Information & Data Officer - APAC. Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures. IT Executives serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Solve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria. Ensure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. Direct Reports. University degree, majoring in IT, with relevant certificate(s). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
