PM/Overnight Room Attendant - Hilton Salt Lake City Center

Shift: PM/Overnight – must have availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Enjoy frequent celebrations with the team including food and prize. As PM/Overnight Room Attendant, you would be responsible for overall cleanliness of assigned guest rooms/suites and public area/back of house areas in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of soiled linens, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, insects and debris and emptying ashtrays. Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed. Restock housekeeping carts as needed. Respond to and deliver guest requests to rooms, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Greet guests in a friendly manner . Supportive Functions. In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions. Provide customer service to guests, including information about hotel services, activities and local attractions. Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room in compliance with hotel standards. Report rooms as clean and available upon completion. Respond to special requests by guests (such as providing extra amenities or service time requests). Assist co-workers, as requested. Quality.
