If you enjoy work that is hands on, have great trouble shooting skills, and enjoys interacting with guests/customers daily, this is the role for you! Shift Pattern: Varied – AM PM Overnight, including weekends and holidays are required. Up to 2 years minimum of hands on building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience required. 2 years guest facing customer service background. The ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. As a General Maintenance II, you would be specifically responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facilities in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability to the highest standards. Performing preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms or public spaces as required. Assist in preventative maintenance of engine room equipment. Perform minor repairs, simple plumbing, simple illumination. Replacing fixtures in guest rooms such as light bulbs, cabinets, doors, counters. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and conduct all required periodic and preventive maintenance on all engine room equipment to include, but not limited to, boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, electric generators, electric generators and hot water generators. Perform other duties/projects assigned by management. Provide prompt service to guests. Keep and maintain accurate operation records. Quality. Dependability. Customer Focus. Adaptability.
