Job Description
In this role you will report to the Director of Food and Beverage, working alongside one other food and beverage manager in overseeing and leading our restaurant outlets and private events. We are looking for a well-organized leader with 3-5 years previous food and beverage experience in either a hotel or standalone restaurant! As a Food and Beverage Manager, you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of a hotel food and beverage outlet (restaurant, lounge, room service, coffee shop, etc.) Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
