Job Description
This position reports into the Reservations Manager and helps oversee the group reservations process from building group blocks, reservations and inventory. OnQ proficiency and large hotel experience is strongly preferred. Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management. Able to enroll after 90 days of employment . college degrees, high school completion, English-language learning, digital literacy, professional certificates and more). Quality. Dependability.
