The HR & Training Manager at Conrad Dublin will work closely with the HR Director to drive the HR strategy at Conrad Dublin. Support Heads of Department in achieving all Hilton mandated training and administering our Hilton University platform. Support HODs in driving an outstanding performance culture through development and succession planning. Work with HRD and HR Exec to maintain and elevate our outstanding culture. A degree in HR or Hospitality Management . Experience in an upscale or five-star hotel- to truly partner operations, it is essential to have strong practical experience. Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests’ stays perfect . Possess excellent communication & organisational skills .
