The ideal candidate will be a passionate culinary professional with at least 2 years of culinary leadership experience. Experience in high-volume hotel operations is essential. Assists Executive Chef in overall responsibility for activities of cooks and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with quality standards, productivity standards, cost controls, and forecast needs.
