Job Description
Shift Pattern: Various shifts - must be available to work weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and weekends from 9 AM to 5 PM. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and flexibility in scheduling. As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities. Perform deep cleaning tasks and/or special projects. Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis. Dispose of trash and recyclables . Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Report work orders and/or input into the HotSos application system, as needed. Able to clean a specific number of suites during a normal 8-hour shift. Quality . Dependability . Customer Focus . Adaptability .
