Food and Beverage Manager - Embassy Suites by Hilton Downtown Tampa Convention Center

In this position, you will report to an assistant director of food and beverage, as well as a complex director of food and beverage. You will oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the Taste, Market, Starbucks, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar (seasonally) outlets. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous multi-outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience! As a Food & Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
