Job Description
In this position, you will report to an assistant director of food and beverage, as well as a complex director of food and beverage. You will oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the Taste, Market, Starbucks, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar (seasonally) outlets. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous multi-outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience! As a Food & Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
