Duty Manager

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests’ stays start and finish with exceptional service. The Duty Manager will be responsible for the entire property when on duty and will report directly to the Director of Operations. Ensuring Luxury experiences for all our Guests, supporting HODs and maintaining Forbes standards in every task. This role will also execute special projects for the GM and Director Operations that will enhance Operations and the guest experience. Have an authentic passion for hospitality and an eagerness to make Guests’ stays perfect . Possess excellent communication & organisational skills . Have Forbes experience. Benefits.
