This role is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, delivering high-quality service, leading the team, and maximizing profitability through effective cost control. Deliver service with a strong customer-focused mindset at all times. Welcome guests, provide menu explanations, and make appropriate recommendations. Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints. Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions. Operations Management. Oversee restaurant opening preparations and manage operations across all service periods (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Monitor reservations and manage table allocation efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained. Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams. Product & Brand Knowledge. Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, including dietary and allergy information. Promote hotel facilities and services to guests. 接客経験. コミュニケーション能力. お客様志向とホスピタリティマインド. 基本的なPCスキル. 英語力あれば尚可. Experience in customer service. Good Communication skills. Customer-focused mindset and passion for hospitality. Basic computer skills. English proficiency is a plus.
