Job Description
Reports to: F&B Venues General Manager. As Floor Manager – Restaurant & Bar, you are responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar and in-room dining service during your assigned shifts. You ensure excellent service execution, high guest satisfaction, and efficient coordination of the service team. This role requires strong operational leadership, flexibility, and hands-on involvement during busy service periods. Supervise daily service operations across restaurant, bar and in-room dining. Allocate sections, assign tables, manage reservations and coordinate service flow. Schedule breaks and ensure adequate shift coverage. Lead staff briefings and handover communication at the end of each shift. Support the team during peak service periods. Ensure Hilton service standards are consistently met. Handle guest complaints professionally and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Monitor order accuracy, POS corrections and service quality. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams. Check and support functions, events and special setups. Assist with functions planning and execution. Ensure cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas. Conduct monthly inventory checks. Prepare purchase order requests when required. Provide basic training and on-the-job coaching. Monitor service performance and report operational challenges. Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts. Confident handling of POS systems. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Hands-on mentality and calm approach under pressure. Structured onboarding with a personal buddy for a strong start.
