As a Chef de Partie, you take ownership of your section and always keep a clear overview. Together with the team, you ensure that our guests and members enjoy an outstanding culinary experience — with perfectly prepared and beautifully presented dishes. You ensure that all dishes are prepared in line with the highest quality and hygiene standards. You prepare and present high-quality dishes with great attention to detail. You support and supervise colleagues whenever needed. You maintain cleanliness, order, and a well-organized workspace, including the prevention of cross-contamination. You take responsibility for mise en place during the respective service periods. You assist in handling guest requests efficiently, professionally, and with a strong service mindset. You monitor food quality and ensure proper storage at all times. You support cost control efforts, optimize food usage, and contribute to achieving financial and departmental goals. You lend a hand across departments when required and actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere. You support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in training the team and ensuring compliance with all internal standards. You promptly report maintenance needs, hygiene issues, or potential hazards. you have several years of professional experience in a similar role. you place great importance on complying with and implementing HACCP guidelines and kitchen standards. you are communicative and lead your team in a cooperative, respectful, and hands-on way. you are highly organized and ideally bring initial leadership experience. you ideally speak German and English. you hold a valid work and residence permit.
