Job Description
This role is responsible for preparing high quality dishes in a fast-paced hotel kitchen while maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety. Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred. Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Food Handler Certification required prior to hire (must be valid and up to date). Team oriented, supportive work environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
