Job Description
This position is expect to provide guests with an efficient Spa / Fitness Center system for booking facilities, welcome guests, and establishes their identity. To carry out the cashier duties and all administration work connected with the Spa / Fitness Center. To answer all guest questions regarding spa offering, appointment availability, length and cost of treatment. 2. To handle guest booking and able to suggest, consulting and up selling to guest. 3. 4. To ensure Spa/Fitness area are cleanliness and hygiene. 5. Thorough know on Spa product knowledge and able to give treatment benefit of each treatment. To smile and greet all guests entering the Spa / Fitness Center with a friendly smile. To maintain control over cash transactions and general administration of the Reception area. To promote and provide information relating to the Spa / Fitness Center facilities. To complete end of day cashier procedures and pass on to Finance Department. To issue lockers keys after receiving, member card, hotel guests' keycard. To handle sales of retail goods. To refer all problems unable to be answered to the Spa / Fitness Center Manager. To maintain security at the Reception area. To carry out any other duties that may be required to maintain smooth running of Spa / Fitness Center environment.
