The Director will shape unique concepts, curate memorable guest journeys, and position the hotel as a leading culinary and social destination within Bangkok’s competitive luxury landscape. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic direction, positioning, and performance of all restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banquet & catering operations. Lead with Vision & CreativityDefine and evolve a distinctive Food & Beverage philosophy rooted in uniqueness, storytelling, and sense of place. Act as a charismatic host and brand ambassador, curating experiences that resonate emotionally with guests and the local community. Conceptualize and deliver innovative dining concepts, seasonal activations, and social moments that allow differentiation within Bangkok’s luxury market. Drive Positioning & Market RelevanceEnsure all outlets are clearly positioned, continuously refreshed, and aligned with evolving guest expectations and competitive dynamics. Challenge the status quo by introducing bold ideas, partnerships, and formats that enhance visibility and cultural relevance. Develop Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and cultivate partnerships with chefs, brands, artists, and cultural influencers to elevate the F&B proposition. Leverage collaborations to create unique experiences and expand market reach. Deliver Commercial ExcellenceDrive sustainable revenue growth through strategic pricing, programming, and revenue optimization. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control with strong financial discipline. Balance creativity with commercial viability to ensure long-term profitability. Operational LeadershipDirect and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while allowing space for innovation and evolution. Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback, implementing continuous improvements. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Culinary, Sales and Marketing teams to amplify storytelling, positioning, and commercial outcomes. Align F&B initiatives with broader brand and hotel strategies. Build a culture that values innovation, detail, and authentic hospitality. Compliance & RepresentationEnsure adherence to all brand standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws. Represent the F&B function in leadership forums, audits, and brand engagements. Required Qualifications. 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury or upper-upscale hospitality. Proven experience leading multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting. Passion for luxury dining and lifestyle scene. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, position, and evolve dining experiences. Experience in developing partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and culture building. Solid knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational standards. Preferred Attributes.
