Working knowledge of Hilton systems including GRO (RMS), OnQ R&I (CRS), and Delphi (C&E). # Position Summary. As part of Hilton’s Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) Europe, this role supports a portfolio of Hilton hotels across Türkiye by delivering disciplined, data-driven revenue strategies. The Cluster Revenue Manager partners closely with hotel leadership, owners, and regional commercial teams to maximise revenue, profitability, and market share in line with Hilton standards, systems and governance. Develop and execute pricing, forecasting, and inventory strategies across a portfolio of Hilton hotels. Lead regular Business Focus Meetings, analysing booking pace, market trends, and forecast performance. Monitor and drive key performance indicators including RevPAR, forecast accuracy, peak night strategy, and overbooking discipline. Produce accurate monthly forecasts and support annual budgeting using Hilton systems. Review results versus forecast and communicate risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. How you will collaborate with others. Partner closely with Hotel General Managers, leadership teams, and ownership representatives. Collaborate with regional Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. Engage with RMCC peers, Analysts, and Training teams to share best practices and support capability development. Portfolio-level revenue strategies aligned to Hilton SOPs and RMCC governance. High-quality analysis supporting pricing, inventory, displacement, and overbooking decisions. Accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting using Hilton systems. Consistent adoption of RMCC tools, standards, and processes across assigned hotels. Degree-level education or equivalent hospitality or Revenue Management training. Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data and influence stakeholders. Planning and prioritization in a high volume environment; delivers under pressure with attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft 365 and Excel skills. Fluency in English and Turkish language. Experience in a multi-property, cluster, or corporate commercial role.
