A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Respond to all enquiries promptly. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel. Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC repairs, identifying and resolving technical issues, supporting the maintenance of guest rooms and common areas. Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers . Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented. Attend additional training suitable to the role. A Maintenance Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented attitude, with the ability to manage general facility maintenance and handle day‑to‑day repairs. Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electricity; a versatile and practical profile with initiative, a positive work attitude, and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills. Previous experience in four‑ or five‑star hotels will be particularly valued, as well as knowledge of industrial refrigeration, cold rooms, and cooling equipment. Skills in locksmithing or other trades related to hotel maintenance will also be taken into consideration. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
