As an IT intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day support of business systems, office systems, computer networks and telephone systems throughout the hotel. Specifically, it will support the IT Manager to perform the following tasks with the highest standards. o Configure PCS (Desktops and Laptops) from scratch, . o Installation of office software (Office, Outlook and others specific to the hotel sector). Installation of local and networked printers. o Servers: Manage file servers, key management servers, and other specific hotel servers. o Security: Review vulnerabilities in networked computers and fix them. o Remote PC Administration (SCCM and RDP). o Networks: (2 networks: Administrative network and Internet network Clients) Manage CPD, IDFs, Manage switches. Monitor Routers, Firewalls, WIFI. Patching cabling in racks, etc.,,. o Customer internet lines, administrative network, ADSLs, IPTV. o Hotel, restaurant and lounge TVs: Manage and monitor . o TFs: Manage the hotel's Tfs and Tfs switchboard. o POS System: Prepare Terminals and Printers of the Hotel POS System. o Positive attitude. o Communication skills.
