As Executive Chef, you are responsible for ensuring exceptional quality, creativity, and consistency across all venues. You will lead a talented brigade, drive innovation through seasonal menus, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in line with the Waldorf Astoria True Service philosophy. Lead, inspire, and develop a kitchen team across all venues. Oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards in quality, presentation, and service. Drive the creation of new menus and seasonal offerings. Ensure efficient kitchen management including staffing, scheduling, and cost control. Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Monitor performance, product quality, and operational flow, driving continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Drink on strategy, budgeting, and concept development. Oversee banqueting and special events, aligning offerings with guest expectations and budgets. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury or 5-star environment. An inspiring leader with the ability to develop and motivate large teams. Commercially aware, with experience in cost control and budgeting. Strong communication skills and fluency in English. You will work with exceptional teams, assist in creating a new concept, and deliver experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests from around the world.
