Food & Drink Shift Leader- 100%

You will report to the Restaurant Manager – Panorama. To thrive with us, you are someone who loves to. Deliver friendly, high-quality service and create positive guest experiences in both breakfast and conference operations. Take responsibility for your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests are well taken care of. Work hands-on in the operation, supporting the team during busy periods and helping wherever needed. Ensure setups, cleanliness, and service flow meet our daily standards. Guide and support colleagues in their daily tasks, helping create structure and consistency during the shift. Handle guest questions, requests, and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented way. Work closely with colleagues across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Previous experience within a food & drink environment in a larger hotel or similar setting; experience with conferences and events is highly beneficial. A degree in hotel management, service, or a related field is considered an advantage. Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English. Valid work authorization to work in Sweden.
