A Driver with Hilton Hotels and Resorts maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assist in departures, oversee deliver and safe keeping of luggage, and provide driving services for all Guests as required. A Driver is responsible for transporting Guests, visitors, Team Members, and cargo to and from the hotel premises. Specifically, the Driver will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service. Welcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay. Transport to or from the hotel in a safe and professional manner. Maintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors. Oversee delivery and safe keeping of luggage to and from the vehicle. Keep up to date on all hotel services as well as VIP Guests and special events. Demonstrate current and accurate knowledge on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity. Provide support to the Concierge in cases of emergency. Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service. Ensure compliance with Company brand standards. Provide driving services to Guests as required. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles. 冷静で礼儀正しい態度. A Driver serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience working as a driver. Meticulous personal presentation and strong communication skills. Energy and enthusiasm with an eye for detail. Calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor. A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service. A good knowledge of the local area, preferred.
