Utility/Busperson, Hudson and Nash - Hilton San Diego Bayfront

A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role as a bus person. Open availability to work a flexible and varied schedule. Hotel experience is a plus! Open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s) . Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area . Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Running of Food and beverage from the kitchen and or bar to designated areas clearing trash as needed. Filing beverages at tables as needed . Quality . Dependability . Customer Focus .
