You will be responsible for performing valet parking duties, transferring and storing luggage and providing information and advice to guest with your extensive knowledge of Melbourne and local attractions. Engage with our guests to create lasting memories. Retrieve and manage guest luggage. Valet park guest cars and maintain accurate records of vehicles in the hotel’s care. Arrange and assist guests with taxis. Support other hotel departments when required. Have excellent personal presentation. Commitment to respond to guest requests and deliver high levels of service. Australian Driver’s License (dual Manual & Automatic required). Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Ability to lift heavy objects.
