Job Description
In this role, you will assist the Senior Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for one kitchen servicing three (3) outlets: the full-service restaurant Letterpress, the lobby bar Sunnies, and in-room dining. You will manage a team of up to 10 union team members per shift, with expected covers between 200-500 per shift. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Kitchen Supervisor experience, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, the ability to work quickly and efficiently and have a genuine passion for service. college degrees, high school completion, English-language learning, digital literacy, professional certificates and more).
