As the eCommerce Senior Manager of South Asia, you will provide strategic digital marketing support to hotels in South Asia. On the regional marketing team, reporting to the Director, Destination Marketing - South Asia, you will provide marketing accountability to hotel level and above property Commercial and Marketing leaders. This role is pivotal in aligning hotel-level marketing with regional commercial objectives, ensuring performance reporting, and enhancing Hilton’s brand presence and revenue generation across the region. The ideal candidate will ensure optimization of hotel-level marketing strategies and resources through seamless adoption of Hilton enterprise digital platforms and programs. Strategic Alignment & Leadership. Partner with the Director, Destination Marketing - South Asia to align hotel marketing with regional commercial objectives. Together with Marketing & eCommerce Consulting (MECC), act as the primary above-property contact for all hotel marketing leaders, ensuring consistent strategic direction and performance monitoring. Lead onboarding and capability development of new hotel Marketing & Communications leaders, ensuring they adopt Hilton standards, platforms, and best practices. Hotel Marketing Plan Oversight. Review, feedback, and approve annual hotel marketing plans for all properties in the region. Ensure optimal allocation of marketing budgets for local hotel needs and campaigns (e.g., content creation, agency retainers, digital subscriptions, channel activations) in line with commercial priorities. Drive structured marketing practices at hotel level to maximize revenues from retail segment for rooms, outlets, weddings, and meetings, incentives, conventions & exhibitions (MICE). Guide hotels on creating market-specific and cluster campaigns (rooms, weddings, F&B) to achieve higher market capture and return on ad spend (ROAS). Campaign Strategy & Execution. Help strategize and oversee 360° marketing activations (digital, PR, social, on ground) ensuring impactful execution at the hotel level. Ensure hotels successfully pull through regional campaigns such as COOP-funded initiatives. Facilitate consistent amplification of Hilton’s promotions across local marketing platforms. Loyalty & Digital Platform Optimization. Ensure consistent utilization of digital tools and platforms including WhatsApp for Business. Drive adoption of the Dine Like A Member program to reduce reliance on third-party food aggregators. Oversee the creation of Hilton Honors experiences at each hotel to drive member engagement. Content & Brand Compliance. Partner with hotels to ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards and compliance across all marketing touchpoints. Conduct quarterly content audits across owned, earned and paid channels, ensuring brand compliance, accuracy, and market competitiveness. Guarantee that wedding hotels are well represented across all relevant distribution and marketing channels. How you will collaborate with others. Attend monthly business focus meetings (BFMs) for key and focus hotels, providing insights and marketing recommendations. Conduct quarterly deep-dive reviews for need hotels, collaborating with MECC to implement pulse check recommendations. Support hotel teams to provide the owners and stakeholders with regular performance updates on marketing effectiveness. Ensure monthly balanced scorecards (BSC) are submitted by hotel marketing leaders and aligned with regional goals. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field. 8 to 10 years of marketing experience in hospitality, travel, or consumer-driven industries. Prior regional or cluster level exposure highly desirable. Proven expertise in strategic marketing planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution. Strong understanding of loyalty programs, brand compliance, and digital platforms. Demonstrated ability to align multiple stakeholders, manage diverse hotel teams, and deliver measurable business results. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
