Job Description
As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure that our guests enjoy a pristine and comfortable stay. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience the highest level of comfort and luxury. Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms. Replenish room amenities and supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items. Attention to Detail. Inspect rooms for cleanliness and ensure all standards are met before marking them as ready for guests. Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly for resolution. Guest Interaction. Respond to guest requests for additional items or services promptly and professionally. Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality while performing room duties. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas when required. Support other housekeeping tasks during high-occupancy periods or special events. Compliance & Safety. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Adhere to hotel policies regarding lost and found items, room security, and guest privacy. Process Efficiency. Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient housekeeping operations. A Housekeeping Attendant serving Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Planning and organizing. Good oral communication. Previous experience in Housekeeping. Good interpersonal skills. Committed to delivering a high level of customer service. Ability to work in a team. Excellent attention to detail. Positive Attitude.
