Job Description
As Health Club Manager at Hilton İstanbul Bosphorus, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the Health Club operations, ensuring world-class service, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee all aspects of the Health Club, including the fitness center, swimming pool, and related facilities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe, relaxing, and premium experience. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a proactive approach to service innovation. Plan ahead to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and anticipate guest needs. Maintain world-class standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. Inspire, train, and motivate the Health Club team, ensuring a culture of excellence. Oversee membership management, including monthly fee collection and new sales opportunities. Promote Health Club services to in-house and external guests, driving visibility and revenue. Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and encourage upselling of services. Liaise with Engineering and Purchasing teams to maintain equipment and facilities. Identify performance weaknesses early and take corrective actions. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEProven experience in managing a Health Club, Spa, or Fitness facility, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, guest-centric mindset. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management. Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are an advantage. Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe environment for all guests and team members.
