Working alongside the HR team, this role offers a valuable opportunity to build and grow your HR skills across a broad range of HR functions, including onboarding, training, team recognition, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety. Be the first point of contact for all team member enquires. Take ownership of the onboarding process of new team members. Take the lead in engagement activities. Create fun and engaging content for our internal social media accounts. Enter data into the hotel payroll system with a high level of accuracy. Prepare reports and conducting audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Work closely with operational departments and develop strong working relationships. Take ownership of driving our Blue Energy Culture and Thrive Culture by bringing them to life during team events. An exceptional positive attitude with the mentality that anything is possible! Appetite to learn and grow within the company. Strong creative spirit. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Highly proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva. Experience in hotel operations would be highly regarded.
