As a Human Resources Officer, you will support and advise management on policies and procedures to ensure an excellent team member experience. You will play a key role in employee relations, talent development, and maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities. Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures. Manage succession planning in collaboration with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process. Handle employee relations matters confidentially, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues. Monitor attendance and leave in line with company guidelines. Maintain HR systems, payroll records, and monthly reporting. Ensure recruitment and selection processes are followed, including immigration and work eligibility checks. Support the identification of departmental training needs. Ensure completion of mandatory training such as security, fire safety, and health & safety. Assist in organizing team member engagement and social events. Work with local organizations and educational institutions to promote the hospitality industry. Promote employee benefits and support related initiatives. Respond to and resolve queries from team members and management. 【 Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role. CIPD qualification or working towards certification (or equivalent). Experience in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of employment law and employee relations. Proficiency in IT systems.
