Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week. As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine and serene environment of our spa and fitness centers, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, relaxation lounges, and workout facilities. Ensure that all towels, robes, and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard. Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere, upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world-class spa and fitness facilities. Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly. Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations, assisting in setup and restocking as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness. Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to maintain the elevated standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation that align with our pursuit of Forbes 5-Star excellence.
