Banquet Setup Lead Supervisor (Full Time) *free parking*

As a Banquet Houseperson Lead Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of all banquet functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Train, instruct, and supervise Banquet House persons in room set ups, break downs, refreshes, and cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards. Read function sheets, issue assignments, and inspect rooms to ensure proper set-ups; Grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages and boxes from meeting rooms and placing them in the appropriate areas. To maintain cleaning schedule of all meeting rooms and ballrooms in order for these rooms to remain presentable at all times. Maintain daily log entry of assignments, problems encountered, other assignments given out of job scope and person(s) handled various assignments.
