As a Spa Therapist, you are to deliver and provide professional treatments, including body and facial therapies, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations. Deliver a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials, and beauty services, as outlined in the spa menu. Recommend and retail skincare products to guests, complete consultation forms accurately, and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards in line with spa guidelines. Handle special guest requests, including preferences for therapists and treatment methods. Follow a customer-first approach by promptly attending to guest needs and ensuring a positive experience. Show empathy and intuition, especially when supporting guests during special occasions or celebrations. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, take responsibility, and proactively solve problems while remaining flexible to changing work requirements. Collaborate as a supportive team player, helping colleagues achieve shared goals. Adhere to departmental operating procedures and suggest improvements to facilities and operations when appropriate. Ensure all spa, fitness, and hotel activities meet Waldorf Astoria Brand standards. Uphold service standards and participate in service quality reviews.
