The Digital Channels Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in the leisure transient segment by optimizing the hotel’s digital presence across direct channels, brand stores, and OTAs. This role manages the execution of digital strategies, campaign and revenue-driven content management to enhance guest engagement and conversion. The Digital Channels Manager ensures alignment with hotel commercial. goals, maintains channel compliance, and leverages data insights to continuously improve performance. As the Digital Channels Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Digital Budget Management and Execution. ✓ Allocate hotel-level digital budgets across online channels (Digital Direct, Brand Store, domestic & international OTAs). ✓ Create and maintain digital calendars including national campaigns (618, Double 11, Chinese New Year, etc.). ✓ Align campaign planning with regional initiatives and hotel Commercial goals. Campaign / Product Management. ✓ Execute regional & Hotel level leisure transient/ lower funnel campaigns (e.g., Online Flash Sales, 618, Double 11, Livestreams, etc.). ✓ Design voucher products based on hotel leisure strategy, target audience, channel positioning and commercial / campaign goals. ✓ Manage voucher product lifecycle: application, conversion-driven content creation , publishing, inventory control. ✓ Collaborate with regional teams to ensure online campaign alignment and maximize hotel level exposure & revenue performance. Channel & Content Management. ✓ Monitor rate compliance and escalate discrepancies to ensure healthy distribution. ✓ Audit GEO-location, POI accuracy, and resolve content issues. ✓ Oversee Performance Marketing Program (PMP) & CPC investment and performance (regional PMP program, Ctrip Pyramid, Hilton Elevate, etc.), follow regional content audit and SEO guidance for better hotel discoverability and conversion. ✓ Manage operational metrics such as Fliggy HID% & MCI, Douyin POI score, etc. ✓ Oversee Douyin store operations including revenue driven KOL/KOC Collaboration, revenue driven content creation, DP Management and Livestreaming. ✓ Ensure accurate bilingual content localization to engage diverse leisure travelers. ✓ Optimize content scores and ensure correct room/rate display across platforms . Performance management/ Data Analysis. ✓ Conduct regular performance reviews across all channels. ✓ Analyze campaign data (traffic, conversion, ROI, segmentation, feedback) to generate actionable insights. ✓ Provide data-driven recommendations for channel/product optimization. ✓ Collaborate with regional teams to further identify the growth opportunities. ✓ Collaborate with RMCC and OTA market managers to align inventory and promotional strategies. The Digital Channels Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. ✓ Bachelor’s degree and above. ✓ Passion for the hospitality industry, and Customer-centric mindset. ✓ A minimum of 3 years of experience in OTA, Marketing, Distribution, Ecommerce Related industry. ✓ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. ✓ Demonstrates sharp digital potential and strong market acumen, and motivated to explore emerging digital commerce opportunities. ✓ Fluent written and spoken English are preferred.
