Maintaining reservation and customer data, as well as processing bookings and vouchers. Assisting guests and clients via phone and email, including selling hotel services and handling special requests. Actively promoting up-selling and cross-selling through strong product knowledge. Supporting the coordination of events, conferences, and group bookings. Ensuring reservation standards and quality throughout the booking process. Selling rooms and services in line with pricing policies. Organizing office workflows and handling incoming correspondence. A leadership personality who knows how to motivate and drive results. Enjoyment in interacting with guests and excellent communication skills. Strong team spirit is very important to you. Experience with the hotel software Protel is an advantage. A communicative personality with a warm and positive demeanor. Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to different situations. Excellent organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality. Very good command of German and English.
