Job Description
The position will report directly to the Director of Revenue Strategy. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Apply daily rate and inventory updates. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Periodic Rate loading within PMS, CRS, GDS. Support the annual revenue budget and Forecast process. Optimize room inventory, ensure no revenue opportunity is missed. Analyse and monitor competitors’ behaviour and Market trends. Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional. Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.). At least 3-4 years of experience in Revenue Management. Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English and Italian. Structured, accurate, analytic and professional in your work. Ability to priorities tasks & to manage workload using own initiative. Excellent computer and Excel skills. Knowledge of PMS, and CRS (e.g., ONQ, GRO, Vertical Booking).
