Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff training. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. Qualifications. Exceptional creativity and a passion for culinary arts. Excellent organizational, logistics and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a remote island setting and adapt to local resources.
