Job Description
A Sales Manager – International plays a key role in driving revenue and strengthening market presence across Hilton Niseko Village, The Green Leaf Niseko Village Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Hinode Hills Niseko Village. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across multiple segments—including international leisure, corporate and groups markets—to maximize business opportunities for all three hotels in the Niseko Village resort. The Sales Manager – International builds long‑term relationships with domestic and international partners, identifies new market opportunities, and delivers tailored proposals that showcase the unique strengths of each property. This role offers exceptional growth potential, with opportunities to shape sales strategies across multiple brands in a fast‑expanding market. Promote and sell room, banquet, and restaurant products for three hotels. Cultivate inbound leisure FIT and groups and expand MICE opportunities. Drive cluster‑wide strategies in a rapidly growing global resort destination. Conduct competitive analysis and respond proactively to market changes. Build strong relationships with domestic and international partners. Lead site inspections and showcase the unique strengths of each property. Manage accounts using Delphi. Travel domestically and internationally several times per year. Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience. Bachelor's degree or above. Business-level Japanese and English (Chinese or Korean proficiency is a plus). A proactive, forward‑looking mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to act independently when challenges arise. A collaborative team player who can work smoothly not only within the Commercial team, but also with other departments within the hotel, as well as extended teams such as Hilton Worldwide Sales.
