Job Description
A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving performance marketing, managing OTA optimization, SEO, CRM, and revenue-focused campaigns across all hotel verticals. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with the Director of Marketing to increase hotel brand awareness. Specifically, a Digital Marketing Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards. Plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Programmatic and Native platforms. Manage full-funnel execution including keyword research, competition analysis, A/B Testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. Create monthly ROI dashboards and performance presentations. Oversee content accuracy and optimization on Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda Hotelbeds, and other OTA platforms. Manage promotions, parity, conversion optimization, and reporting. Manage spa booking platform and execute digital campaigns. Track treatment revenue, booking performance and conversions. Prepare weekly spa marketing performance reports and ROAS dashboards. Manage digital objectives for Restaurants, Brunches and pool bookings using Seven Rooms. Deploy campaign to drive reservations and track attributed revenues, . Run and optimize lead-generation campaigns for MICE, weddings, and events, ensuring high-quality leads and conversions. Manage and grow e-gift and e-shop sales through daily optimizations and campaign execution. Oversee microsite updates, UX improvements, and SEO strategy to improve ranking and traffic. Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns while analysing performance metrics. Produce weekly/ monthly digital performance report across all key channels. A Digital Marketing Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Strong understanding of digital strategy, KPIs, analytics and optimization. Proven experience with Google Ass, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Email Marketing, etc. Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, UI/UX teams, developers, SEO specialists, and agencies. Excellent communication and stakeholders' skills. Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities. Minium six (6) years' experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing within digital agencies or hospitality.
