Job Description
As Reservations Trainee you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations. Updating reservations via the CRS system. In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone. Correct handling of reservations documents. Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures. Responsible for administrative tasks like reporting tasks. Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system. Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude. Keep guests’ information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards. Hospitable attitude and service-oriented. Good communication skills. Passion for the hospitality industry. Fluent in English. Looking for an internship of at least 6 months.
